The CAPABLE European project is carried out by 6 partners in 4 Member States of the European Union, which for Italy sees the Amici della Terra association as the lead partner.
The goal is as follows:
Offer a training course to local authority staff (at no cost to the municipal administration) to increase efficiency in public construction and save money and energy.
We know well that:
In Italy there are too many small municipalities that don't have the means and suffer from rapidly changing legislation.
And often the technicians of small towns don't have the time to write projects to reduce consumption and dispersions.
The Capable project is aimed precisely at the technicians of small municipalities so that they have more tools to intervene.
We are preparing a manual for organizations and technicians.
